In-home Lifestyle Newborn Session | Powell, Ohio

It was a pleasure to work with this adorable family! I’ve been running with momma for several years and had the blessing of photographing their first born, Jack, since he was in her tummy. Now known as “big brother Jack,” he is an active toddler who doesn’t love to sit still, so we didn’t get many perfectly posed sibling shots… but that isn’t really my style anyhow. 🙂 Jack gave me some smiles, a few yoga poses and a couple quicker-than-my-camera toddler-speed kisses on his new baby brother, Collin Michael.

Baby Collin’s nursery was put together with love by his overly handy parents, including the handmade nursery sign they will soon sell in their home-based business, The Local Grain Company. He didn’t want to miss out on any action and was awake for most of his session until the very end, when momma konked him out with some milk & snuggles.  Here are a few favorites from our in-home newborn session!
